When I first started my photography business in 2006, it dawned on me rather quickly that becoming an entrepreneur would require me to wear a lot of hats. I was still working full-time as a corporate project manager and then moonlighting on the weeknights and weekends taking photos. I soon struggled to find a balance in my work-life and work-work situation and realized quickly through the help of some other photographers that I needed to standardize my process into a repeatable model whenever/wherever I could.
One of the first things I relaized is that I was spending a lot of time crafting original content each time a prospective client would email me and that I could in essence automate this process by creating standard temaplate email responses and then just tweaking them per client.
Over the years, I have drafted drafted multiple versions of the same emails until I found a system that was both easy to use, agile to modify and most importantly, one that clients responded to.
Here are my ten most used email templates for you to copy and use at your discretion to ease up some time in your life and enable you to focus on other critical items.
